||Welcome to the September 09 edition of wla quarterly.
Most of you will be aware by now of our ‘Vyksa Orphanage Would like a New Roof Fund’. Our initial expectation was to raise in the region of £6,000.00 for essential roof repair work. We have far exceeded this and currently the total raised stands at just over £10,000.00 which is absolutely amazing and means the roof repairs are now complete along with major plumbing and building works.
A huge thank you to the team at Vyksa who have put a lot of time and effort in to this project, not to mention their hands in their pockets!
A huge thank you also to anyone who has contributed to this cause – it is greatly appreciated and will make such a difference to the children.
If you have any fund raising ideas, please let us know.
