PetroNefts project at the Lineynoye field in Russia is on schedule after the completion of nine production wells there, Rigzome.com reports.
The firm is still working on 60km of export pipeline which will run from the Lineynoye field to the KievEganskoye field, and construction on that is also on schedule.
All the tasks which needed to be finish before the end of the winter construction season have been finished as planned, including clearance of the route, fieldwelding of the pipeline and backfilling the 60km trench for it.
Further to the completed activities, PetroNeft must now connect the pipeline to facilities at Lineynoye and KievEganskoye. Testing of the pipeline is pencilled in for June 2010, meaning it should be ready to receive first production in the third quarter of this year.
