Rosneft expects its output to grow significantly next year, which could lead to oil and gas recruitment opportunities.
The largest Russian oil producer said next years capacity will be increased as a result of new volumes from its Vankor field.
Increases will come on top of this years output, which rose by over 2.2 million barrels a day, representing a two per cent growth compared to 2008.
This year, the field is expected to generate 3.5 million tonnes and between 11.5 million and 13.5 million tonnes in 2010.
By 2014, production is expected to plateau at 500,000 barrels a day.
Commenting, Rosneft chief executive officer Peter OBrien said: "We expect our production growth rate next year to be materially higher than this year."
Russian president Vladimir Putin was present at the inauguration of commercial activity at the Vankor field in Krasnoyarsk territory.
The company claimed the area, as well as other fields in East Siberia, would ensure that Russia consistently produces high levels of crude oil.
