A leading organisation has revealed it is to sell one of its units to focus on offshore pipeline projects, which could interest those looking at oil and gas recruitment. Wellstream Holdings has made the announcement that it is to sell Flexsteel in order to help it concentrate on other enterprises. Prime Natural Resources has agreed to acquire the Aberdeenbased division, which provides onshore pipeline technology, those looking at oil and gas recruitment may be interested to discover. Wellstream will receive a total of $30 million (£18 million) in cash for the company. In 2008, Flexsteel contributed four per cent of the groups total revenue, those looking at oil and gas recruitment may be interested to discover. In other news, birthing has been completed at a Milton Haven import and storage facility that will allow gas to be injected into the National Transmission System, with Dragon LNG announcing that it has received its first shipment of gas and will soon be operational.
