A contract for the provision of subsea production equipment for the Angolan Offshore Project has been issued, which could interest those looking at oil and gas recruitment. Esso Exploration Angola has signed a deal with GE Oil and Gas to supply equipment for the Kizomba Satellites off the coast of West Africa. Among the resources it will provide are deepwater tree connectors, those looking at oil and gas recruitment may be interested to discover. Manuel Terranova, senior vice president for GEs subsea product platform, claims the company is looking forward to continuing its work with Esso. He says: "Were delighted to have been awarded this important contract for ExxonMobil which builds on the excellent performance achieved on Kizomba C with a superb global team supported by a very strong Angola base." In other news, Saipem has also been selected to work on the Kizomba Satellites and will be in charge of providing tiebacks, those looking at oil and gas recruitment may be interested to discover.
