DescriptionA HSSE Coordinator is required to coordinate the implementation of Health & Safety, Security and Environmental Integrated Management System (HSSE-IMS), and related direction, coordination, technical advice and support for the Materials Delivery team. This includes HSSE involvement at the stage of manufacturing of materials (e.g. pipes and valves, etc) and for the HSSE aspects of the logistics chain. Summary of the key duties and responsibilities for the HSSE Coordinator Materials are; Coordination of initiatives encouraging active leadership and good behaviours related to HSSE at all levels of Material supply chain, from manufacturing plant to the delivery point Maintenance, revision and updating of the HSSE-IMS manual and associated technical standards, procedures and guidelines. Monitoring of HSSE performance of material providers against Clients objectives and targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Risk assessment related to manufacturing process and logistics, and review and approval of similar risk assessments prepared by Contractors. Monitoring of compliance of material suppliers with national HSSE legislation and international HSSE standards and requirements, including IFC Performance Standards. Performance management, including participation in HSSE related meetings at all levels, preparation of HSSE reports and management of factory inspections, assessments and audits. Incident and emergency response, including role in incident investigations and crisis management. HSSE information management, including data collection and analysis for reporting, incident analysis, action tracking, etc. Receiving and consolidating HSSE reports from materials suppliers. Technical advice, guidance and support for Clients personnel. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Technical University degree. NEBOSH General Certificate or similar qualification in HSSE-related subject. 8 yearsí experience in HSSE role. 3 yearsí experience in similar position. Project experience with gas pipelines project. Experiences with manufacturing large pipes, large valves and the logistics of the same, including experience of heavy lifts. Experience with ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 management system. Membership of recognised professional institutions, registered or certified auditor is beneficial. Demonstrated to work in an international, fast paced, multicultural environment Strong communication, convincing and influencing skills. Fluent in English and Russian languages (spoken and written). Some short term travel may be required across Europe to visit manufacturing sites.

DescriptionA HSSE Marshalling Yard Supervisor is required to provide Safety advice to the Marshalling Yard Coordinator and all other local stakeholders for all work related to the project works in the Marshalling Yards. The HSSE Marshalling Yard Supervisor will monitor the loading/offloading and other activities carried out by the Main Contractor & their subcontractors to ensure compliance with the Project and Site HSSE Procedures; compliance with Bulgarian Legislation. Summary of the key duties and responsibilities for the HSSE Marshalling Yard Supervisor are; Carry out general marshalling yard monitoring to ensure compliance with Project and safe work practices. Monitor the suitability of standards and ensure compliance with PPE requirements. Perform regular Safety Compliance Inspections and Audits of Contractors to ensure implementation of safe working procedures & best practices. Ensure that Risk Assessment and/or Lifting Plans are performed before each potentially dangerous activity or Lifting Operation. Participate in/organize Job Safety Analysis with Contractors & request new Job Safety Analysis if necessary. Attend/conduct regular meetings with Clients HSSE & Contractors HSSE representatives to discuss/agree safety standards, concerns and potential hazards. Assists in the investigation of incidents and NM to determine the Root Causes of the accidents/injuries Promote safety awareness of workforce at all levels through pro-active attitude within the Clients Project Team and Contractors. Lifting and other equipment inspections; initial inspection and registration; periodic inspections as per project requirements, and monitoring of daily operatorís inspection logbook. Address any environmental, health/hygiene and security issues that may arise. Qualifications and Experience A Bachelor of Engineering in any Engineering Discipline is required. A NEBOSH Certificate or similar relevant qualification in HSSE-related subject will be an advantage. A minimum of 5 years HSE discipline experience. Minimum of 5 experience associated with a construction project, Ports or Shipyards, especially with the exposure to pipe lifting and/or heavy lifting. Knowledge of Local & International Safety requirements for Lifting & Rigging operations and other Bulgarian and International Safety Standard and Codes. Fluent in English and Bulgarian (spoken and written).
