- Monitoring and resolution of site Over Short & Damaged (OS&D’s) issues related to deliveries,
- Attempt through a continuous list and effort to standardise current and repetitive items, negotiate and extend Frame agreements
- Ensure inspection and receipt of the materials delivered and perform regular audit review at the main supplier factory
- Checking of suppliers invoice
- Ensure the practical application of SCM supporting systems on project (Saving and Value Capture Report Overrun Report, Performance Assessement).

Job Description:
The Topsides FEED/EPC Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the overall
GBS FEED / EPC program planning development, control, and reporting.
This person
reviews, analyses, and assists main contractors with plans and
schedules, reporting methods, and progress monitoring.
maintains the Topsides FEED/EPC integrated schedule with input to the
Project’s integrated schedule.
assists the Controls Lead with change management activities
Responsibilities
1. Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change
management leadership and expertise
Participate in kick-off meetings with the EPC contractor and PMT to
ensure common understanding of planning, estimating, reporting, and
change management requirements
Cooperate with IPR teams and post audit activities with respect to
project services functions
Advise the EPC contractor's organization with respect to Project
controls tools and reports and contractor's efforts in schedule
Assist in Change Management
2. Supporting PMT and Schedule Stewards with ongoing project schedule
analysis, reporting, forecasting, and Change Management.
Develop / maintain integrated schedules for internal review purposes
including analysis, forecasting, and management reporting
Assist Project Controls Lead as and when required
Maintain ongoing schedule opportunity /vulnerability database
3. Monitoring and appraising the performance of Contractor's Site in the
areas of progress and schedule control.
